- Options for checking all necessary papers of the selected candidates.

- Candidates will be tested for their skills or technical capability e.g. driving test, carpentry demo etc.
- Technical skill report of the candidate will be prepared and filed. Report status (fit/unfit) will be specified.
- The selected candidates will then be required to under go medical check up or examination.
- After Medical check-up HR management may keep the medical information of the candidate. Such medical information may include: Medical centre/institute, medical check-up/examination report (as attachment), and date of medical check up, health status (fit/unfit).
- Candidates qualified both technically and medically will now be provided with air ticket. The ticket will be issued by the administration department through a travel agency.
- Air ticket copy and travel agency reference will be recorded in the administration department for each candidate.
- Before travel abroad of selected candidates, the following information on the traveller (candidate) will be maintained in the office despatch register:

- The management may also retain scanned copy of passport, air ticket, medical report, CV, supporting documents (educational certificates), photo of the applicants.
- Up-to-date information of despatched candidates will be maintained according to current status of the candidates

- The system will generate different types of report:
- Search employees by name, father name, passport no, date of birth,
Ticket no, despatch date, company name, job category etc.
- Numbers of recruited employees within a time range.
- Numbers of recruited employees in a sector.
- Numbers of recruited employees in a recruitment company.
- Numbers of recruited employees by agency.
- Numbers of recruited employees by job-category.
- Numbers of recruited employees by job-category and agency.
- Numbers of recruited employees by training institution.
- Numbers of recruited employees by training institution and job-category.
- Numbers of recruited employees travelled by travel agency.
- Numbers of employees recruited within a given salary range.
